Hello ladies, Has it really been two years since I've blogged??? I really dropped the ball this time. In my defense, I was off social media for one of those years. You know... the whole "social-media cleanse." Which by the way would have been a total success if I hadn't become a youth leader and needed to promote events. LOL. All for the greater good tho. Wow, I don't even know where to start, so I'll start with I'M SORRY and I've missed blogging! So much has happened since my move to the Sunshine State. Here's a quick overview: 1. I was jobless for two months. 2. By God's grace, I landed a job in Flood Insurance. 3. Found a church home, became a member, and a youth leader and Sunday School teacher(obviously not right away) 5. Found the greatest and most loving church family...I wouldn't replace them for the world 4. Quit my job in Flood Insurance (long story), and started working at an Elementary School as an ESOL Paraprofess...

Hi my lovelies, I know...don't kill me. Life has just been happening right now. LOL. I promise I have some news...I just have a wait a little longer to share it. However, I have not forgotten you my loves. A few months ago, I did a mini-makeover/photo shoot for one of my co-workers, who was pregnant at the time. This was my first time doing a photo shoot for someone other than my family (no shade, I love when my family models). She was such a pleasure to work with, and she did an amazing job working her makeover. ;) I have seen a lot of pregnant ladies on Facebook and other social media sites, so I wanted to give you a bit of inspiration to spice it up even in the midst of your pregnancy! OMG, LADIES...have I got good news for you!!! One of my favorite beauty bloggers recently went shoe shopping. I was casually watching her videos like I always do, but this time was different. She was doing a shoe haul. Sometimes, I say they are ok, other times they just don't catch my attention. Honey, when I saw her first pair, I dropped everything. I fell in love & my readers know that when I fall in love, I fall hard. As in...I need them in my life ASAP. Unfortunately, when I went to the site, & they were sold out in my size!!! Hello Loves,  I hope you all are holding up this Friday. As most of you know, South Carolina hasn't had the greatest news...but LOVE & PRAYER will surpass it all. Please pray for Charleston.  On a less heavier note, I wanted to share with you an outfit that I love wearing over the summer (give or take the long sleeve). Summer is full of bold colors and many maxi dresses.  I love colors, so this dress caught my eye and I fell in love with it! If you know me...you know once I fall in love, it's all or nothing! lol.  This outfit is actually a halter maxi dress (chiffon material) and I layered it with a long sleeve light grey cardigan. Since it was an outfit for church, you know I can't have my arms all OUT! LOL. At any rate, I paired it with classic black pumps and a black bag. Hello Lovely Ladies, I'm glad to be able to get a few minutes from my extremely busy schedule. A while ago (when the heat started to kick in), I decided to put together an outfit full of color! Luckily, a long sleeve was still bearable at that time. I would not wear it now. LOL. It's too hot in the South for all of that! At any rate, I wanted to go for a subtle high-waisted tea cup type skirt (a bold color, I know), a contrasting top (white long sleeve), a belt with gold detail & nude shoes with gold details in them.     As for my accessories, I paired it with my Jessica Simpson sunglasses that have white and gold detail on the sides, a justFab black back with gold detailing, my favorite rings, and my small fan from Puerto Rico (which came in handy) ;).  Walking down this path with a big bag and heels was no easy task. LOL. It took several snaps to get the right shot. LOL.        ...

Happy Friday loves! I am so happy to be posting today. I have been working hard on these blogs and adding a couple new features/social media outlets to continue growing our audience & making sure you never miss anything! ;) I will update you as everything is finalized, but let me know what you are thinking of the blog so far.
