STAND tall, & STAND out!

Lovely Wednesday! Who's ready for this week to be over?! Me! I think I'm borderline sick today. However, we can't mentally/physically be done with this week just yet. I've got another post for you! ;) If you haven't noticed by now...I LOVE COLOR. <3 When I'm working with a loud print like the skirt below, I like to pick 1-2 colors to STAND OUT. While I love being a vast array of colors, I love to tame it, but I like to be unique. Funny Story: someone once told me busy prints make a female look bigger. I'm sorry, but I will slay a print. I'm not sure if she was trying to tell me something, but I'm going to act like her comment never happened. LOL. jk. People, don't be scared of print, no matter what anyone thinks.  My recommendation would be to pick one of the many colors when working with a loud small print and run with it & for my curvy ladies...STAND TALL and proud! Most of all, work it!  Skirt: Discovery Cloth...

Feelin' Blue?

Hi loves,  I was feeling a little "blue" today, so I thought I would get in touch with a little bit of my happiness...YOU LOVELY PEOPLE & FASHION.  This photo shoot took place about a month ago, but it just happened to be convenient for today. hehehe.  While this color of blue is a very much used during the spring time, I am a firm believer colors are meant to be worn at all times. It just take a little more effort to "make it work."  As I've stated before, these are my favorite heels. So, please excuse them for appearing more than once. LOL. They just love to be seen! jk. At any rate, you can always change an outfit by changing one simple thing about it. As you will see in the next set of pictures, a simple yet loud closed toe pump really does change the look.  The closed toed pump really matures the look. For example, I would totally wear this to work with a closed-toe pump (let's be real...I would wear either loo...

Color Contrast: B&W

Happy Friday Ladies!  As promised, I wanted to focus this post featuring some of our own "local" ladies, who gave us their interpretation of the contrast of color - specifically Black and White.  To many people think these colors may seem very plain, but when you really put your own style into the concept you can really change the look. A simple look can be dressed up in many ways!  Let's take our beautiful Lena Jimenez . While her outfit is Black & White, the flared out textured skirt, ankle-strap pumps, & THE HAIR <3 all make this look so Fab! I love love love the hair! She kept it very young, but classy. Thank you love!!  Thank you to Alexchia for putting together this wonderful ensemble to give us an idea of how to mix up the concept of Black & White. She paired up a simple black blouse with a striped skirt, and two-toned ankle-pumps! I do love gold-details on shoes as well, so that's a plus for me!  From...

Blooming Bouquet of Beauty: Spring is here!

Happy Friday loves! I am so happy to be posting today. I have been working hard on these blogs and adding a couple new features/social media outlets to continue growing our audience & making sure you never miss anything! ;) I will update you as everything is finalized, but let me know what you are thinking of the blog so far. Do you like the new make-over? At any rate, spring has brought us WARMER weather!!! Yes! I am loving the bright sun and the warmth of it's rays as I sit outside or even driving home. I am originally from Florida, so you know I was born for the sun. LOL. I just wanted to share a couple of pictures of outfits I have been putting together lately. I guess you could say the warmer weather has really inspired me to bring out more color. ;) I hope this gives you a little bit of motivation to rock your bright colors! :) With some of the rainy weather we've had throughout the week, a little bit of sunsh...

Coveted Class: Modest Photoshoot

Hello my loves,  Thank you for being so patient with me! As some of you know, I did a photo shoot about a month or so ago, and I wanted to give you ladies another outfit inspiration. This is more of a very light-weight comfortable yet classy outfit. It's great for the office or church. The top is a beige chiffon material with a bow (attached to the shirt), and a few layers on the shoulder area. The skirt is high-waisted and of a silky material. It's almost see through, so I took caution to wear something underneath. ;) You ladies catch my drift. lol.  Then I finished the look with my bag from (Justfab, thank you my little sister for the gift), and beige shoes with gold accent on the heel of the shoe.   I also added a leather beige jacket, since it was still very chilly at the time. ;) lol Thank you so much to my niece, who was "shadowing"/assistant for the day, and my sister Joann for the photos! I ...

H&M Fall Fashion Trends: What you could buy!

Happy Friday Loves! I hope everyone has started out with a wonderful Friday morning. As some of you may have noticed, I have been "inspired" by the sneaker. lol. Unfortunately, I'm not a huge sneaker owner, so you will see the same sneaker more than once but with different outfits. ;) Anyway, my last post was for my ladies and the fall fashion trends for this season. Sometimes, runway pictures make the style look crazy, but there are pieces that you can purchase & not look cray cray. hahaha. So I picked H&M to give you a few samples of great fall fashion pieces. :) If you're in my area, I know you must be enjoying the recent opening of H&M near us. :D Keep in mind, things at H&M tend to go quickly, so if you can't find it online...visit the store!!! You may be in luck. Happy Shopping ladies, and I really hope this helps! www.h&m.com/us Have a wonderful weekend and be sa...
