HI LOVES,  I hope each of you are enjoying your Memorial Day. I'd like to take a moment to remember and thank all of our brave soldiers, who have sacrificed their lives for our country.  We live in a country, where we are free to express who we are. In my case, I like to express myself through beauty, fashion, writing, art, etc. I'd like to think of this outfit as very patriotic (minus the hot pink, but what a great color to add to our flag, right? LOL, jk).  I did not plan this outfit on purpose. I did this photo shoot about a month ago, and I finally got around to making all of my edits (come one, we all do it. LOL). My sister and I decided to do this photoshoot in downtown Ocala, which has very interesting spots. I had a lot of fun climbing building stairwells in heels. HAHAHA. I tend of laugh/smile a lot when I'm super nervous or scared. So, you can call this my scared smile. LOL. We had a couple of life-threatening moments on this particular building...

Hello Lovely Ladies,  At this point, you can literally be mad at me for being MIA. LOL. I'm so sorry!!! At any rate, I have been in the state of Florida for a few months now & the weather change is a little interesting. I could compare it to South Carolina, but I believe every state has it's own personality. Since my wonderful older sister lives in FL, I've been to her at-home-salon-for-Dayse to get my hair done. hahaha She's definitely a hair person, so I do take advantage of it. She loves it! bahahaha. If you've seen me in person, then you definitely now how much I have loved cornrows on one side of my head. I just LOVE this look. I don't have to do anything too crazy, but it's so edgy. OMG, LADIES...have I got good news for you!!! One of my favorite beauty bloggers recently went shoe shopping. I was casually watching her videos like I always do, but this time was different. She was doing a shoe haul. Sometimes, I say they are ok, other times they just don't catch my attention. Honey, when I saw her first pair, I dropped everything. I fell in love & my readers know that when I fall in love, I fall hard. As in...I need them in my life ASAP. Unfortunately, when I went to the site, & they were sold out in my size!!! Happy Friday Ladies!  As promised, I wanted to focus this post featuring some of our own "local" ladies, who gave us their interpretation of the contrast of color - specifically Black and White.  To many people think these colors may seem very plain, but when you really put your own style into the concept you can really change the look. A simple look can be dressed up in many ways!  Let's take our beautiful Lena Jimenez . While her outfit is Black & White, the flared out textured skirt, ankle-strap pumps, & THE HAIR <3 all make this look so Fab! I love love love the hair! She kept it very young, but classy. Happy Friday loves! I am so happy to be posting today. Greetings to all of you lovely gentlemen, While today is not my best day this week, I thought to myself, "what better than show my readers a little love?" & maybe a little bit of an Easter Sunday outfit inspiration.  Although, this was taken before Easter, it can still jog your mind for ideas on putting together a special outfit for that special day!
