OMG, LADIES...have I got good news for you!!! One of my favorite beauty bloggers recently went shoe shopping. I was casually watching her videos like I always do, but this time was different. She was doing a shoe haul. Sometimes, I say they are ok, other times they just don't catch my attention. Honey, when I saw her first pair, I dropped everything. I fell in love & my readers know that when I fall in love, I fall hard. As in...I need them in my life ASAP. Unfortunately, when I went to the site, & they were sold out in my size!!! Hello Ladies, I hope all of you are getting very excited for this upcoming weekend! I am so ready to just...relax as much as possible. You know that "beauty sleep?" Yeah...that's very much needed by me. LOL. Since today is officially "throwback Thursday," I wanted to give this blog a throwback. My blog has been up and running since 2013, and it's been a wonderful time. Many changes have occurred since then, but I'm glad everything took it's own course. ;) Life builds us in many ways...so enjoy, laugh, giggle, or do whatever at these "Throwback Thursday" pictures/outfits! :) lol. Welcome back loves!  I hope you're making it this Wednesday...does the week seem to be dragging to you? I feel like the weekend/rest can't come soon enough. Today I wanted to focus on a style of fashion that many people fear to dive into...simple yet bold. As much as I love being 'dolled' up, there are days when I just want to be comfortable. LOL. All of us have those moments, if you don't then you might need to take one of those days.  However, I needed it to be simple yet bold. As you see in these picture (thanks to my sister again! ;)), I picked red to be my bold color. Then, I layered it with a leather brown jacket, and some comfortable combat boots. I wanted to give it some what of an edgy/military feel, which came together nicely with the girly dress.   So, ladies, while it's ok for us to have slack days, just keep in mind you can always still make it look cute. You can certainly replace the boots for flats or sandals...

Hello my loves,  Thank you for being so patient with me! As some of you know, I did a photo shoot about a month or so ago, and I wanted to give you ladies another outfit inspiration. This is more of a very light-weight comfortable yet classy outfit. It's great for the office or church. The top is a beige chiffon material with a bow (attached to the shirt), and a few layers on the shoulder area. The skirt is high-waisted and of a silky material. It's almost see through, so I took caution to wear something underneath. ;) You ladies catch my drift. lol.  Then I finished the look with my bag from (Justfab, thank you my little sister for the gift), and beige shoes with gold accent on the heel of the shoe.   I also added a leather beige jacket, since it was still very chilly at the time. ;) lol Thank you so much to my niece, who was "shadowing"/assistant for the day, and my sister Joann for the photos!
