Halter maxi dress

Happy Monday!
Hello again my peeps! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
Today I'm going to share the outfit I wore to church on Sunday (yesterday) :)
I picked this outfit because it's comfy and it's a cool-feel (u know wut I mean ;)) dress, for when it's hot. To be honest, I didn't want to iron and I just wanted to be comfy. It was just one of those days! I wore a halter maxi dress with a black 3/4 sleeve sweater and the "Jessica's". Don't laugh...that's what I call the slingback heels. They are made by Jessica Simpson, thus, the nickname bahahaha! But every once in a while I wear the nude charlotte russe pumps. I always try to change the dress up with different color sweaters and sometimes when it's too hot I wear a black short sleeve blouse underneath and no one notices ;) Oh, the mind of a fashionista just doesn't stop hehehe! You want to know where I got everything at dont' ya, don't ya?
Ok, I will tell you. I got the dress about 4 yrs ago at Dillards for about $100. The "Jessica's" I bought a few years back also @ Dillards for about $100 and the nude pumps I bought off of the charlotte russe website for about $15. If you're looking for good quality shoes check out charlotte russe. (I did notice that their shoes run bigger because I'm a size 7/7.5 and the nude pumps are an 8).  By the way they have a shoe sale-buy 1 get 1 for $10...

I hope you liked the outfit and please comment; we want to hear from you.
God Bless and be safe :)

However, if the link doesn't work please sign up. It is free and you only pay when buying :) (U know what?- all these stores/websites need to pay us for advertising!...I'm gonna look into that :D)!  I don't know what your style is but I really like the watches below and I would love to have all the colors there are because then I could always match...YEAH! muhahaha!  Hope you liked this po...

Feelin' Blue?

Hi loves,  I was feeling a little "blue" today, so I thought I would get in touch with a little bit of my happiness...YOU LOVELY PEOPLE & FASHION.  This photo shoot took place about a month ago, but it just happened to be convenient for today. hehehe.  While this color of blue is a very much used during the spring time, I am a firm believer colors are meant to be worn at all times. It just take a little more effort to "make it work."  As I've stated before, these are my favorite heels. So, please excuse them for appearing more than once. LOL. They just love to be seen! jk. At any rate, you can always change an outfit by changing one simple thing about it. As you will see in the next set of pictures, a simple yet loud closed toe pump really does change the look.  The closed toed pump really matures the look. For example, I would totally wear this to work with a closed-toe pump (let's be real...I would wear either loo...

Fast Forward to July 2018...

Hello ladies, Has it really been two years since I've blogged??? I really dropped the ball this time. In my defense, I was off social media for one of those years. You know... the whole "social-media cleanse." Which by the way would have been a total success if I hadn't become a youth leader and needed to promote events. LOL. All for the greater good tho. Wow, I don't even know where to start, so I'll start with I'M SORRY and I've missed blogging! So much has happened since my move to the Sunshine State. Here's a quick overview: 1. I was jobless for two months. 2. By God's grace, I landed a job in Flood Insurance. 3. Found a church home, became a member, and a youth leader and Sunday School teacher(obviously not right away) 5. Found the greatest and most loving church family...I wouldn't replace them for the world 4. Quit my job in Flood Insurance (long story), and started working at an Elementary School as an ESOL Paraprofess...
