I'm in LOVE with...KIMONOS!

Hello my loves,

At this point...life just seems to keep happening. HEHEHE. On top of moving, I've been trying to housetrain/welcome two new Great Pyrenees puppies into our home! Talk about NO SLEEP or TIME! lol. 


It's ok. Milo and Chloe are just too cute that it's all worth it. I can't wait until they are gorgeous and fully grown! Anyways, onto what's more important that cute puppies...FASHION! lol.

Ok, so I have a new obsession with KIMONOS. No not the Japanese raincoats...hahahaha. They are kind of like a shawl (according to one of my guy friends) but better. I had seen several fashion bloggers mention them before, but I wasn't into the look...UNTIL...Florida happened. LOL.

I was shopping in Florida, and I tried some on. I fell in love instantly!!! It was the perfect look and solution to 1% of my problems as a modest dresser.

So ladies, you know how you pick out a skirt (that perfect pencil/bodycon skirt) & you just can't bring yourself to wear it to church or anywhere because it may have people talking about you? ***Even though you know they are supposed to be looking at God, not you. But hey...you can't help your awesome. HAHAHA. You know that skirt that is just a bit snug in the rear-end area? Yeah. That skirt.

Well, fear no more! Kimonos will save you the extra drama. LOL. Yes, they give you that extra coverage for your favorite skirt.

 I'm a huge believer in "wear what you want if you can make it work."   Did I add that they will be perfect as it starts to cool down? Who's in?

Feelin' Blue?

Hi loves,  I was feeling a little "blue" today, so I thought I would get in touch with a little bit of my happiness...YOU LOVELY PEOPLE & FASHION.  This photo shoot took place about a month ago, but it just happened to be convenient for today. hehehe.  While this color of blue is a very much used during the spring time, I am a firm believer colors are meant to be worn at all times. It just take a little more effort to "make it work."  As I've stated before, these are my favorite heels. So, please excuse them for appearing more than once. LOL. They just love to be seen! jk. At any rate, you can always change an outfit by changing one simple thing about it. As you will see in the next set of pictures, a simple yet loud closed toe pump really does change the look.  The closed toed pump really matures the look. Hello to all of my amazing gentlemen!! As promised, I am making this post for you guys. ;) Based on our feedback, the topic for today was requested by our male readers!
