Styling Modest Clothing???

Hello my lovely ladies,

I hope that you are all doing very well. My apologies to the gentlemen, we've left you on the back burner, but FEAR NOT we'll do a similar post for you guys!

Ok, so here's the real question...do you have trouble styling modest clothing????

No worries, we have a couple humble Fashionistas, who were willing to share their ideas with you! :)  We even have a special guest from Argentina, so we're taking this to a world-wide level! Hehehehe.

I have seen these ladies style their clothing on several occasions, and they all have shown exceptional taste. Come on...let's be real...it's kinda hard trying to be stylish without offending anyone or being on the borderline. (you know what I'm talking about if you're a modest dresser)

Our first models are from the FLORIDA region! You know I couldn't leave my Floridians out!! LOL.

***DRUM ROLL***

For our first model we have Miss Kiara De Leon ;) She always has a great sense of style and keeps it beautiful every time! <3 We see you Kiara!!! <3 You can also follow her on instagram for many OOTDs @BUTTERFLYK88_

Next up we have our lovely Megan Gonzalez <3 ;) She also included where she purchased each item. You can also follow her on instagram @meg_erika, and you'll love her shoes every time!  I know I do. lol (I have not forgotten about my future shopping spree in her closet.) hehehe.

Macy's - Black Peplum Dress
Burlington - Shoes
**She created the belt to match the shoes, so that came from Megan's Crafty Apparel. LOL. ;)
 Ross - Skirt and Blazer
Walmart - Leopard Tank Top
K-mart - Shoes

Next we have our wonderful (chica de la isla del encanto) Neila Rivera! <3 ;)  I have never seen this girl look a mess. LOL. She is always very well put together & not to mention the lovely long hair. mmmhmmmm, girl WERK! She is the true champion of long dresses. They all look lovely on her. You can find her on instagram as well  for more outfit ideas @neylanis.

Last but no least we have our special guest from ARGENTINA *DRUM ROLL PLEASE*...THE ONE AND ONLY...Sabrina Gimenez! <3 Argentina you are very well represented. ;)

Are you in awe of her hair as well? :O Like Gorgeous! Although she's not on instagram, she is a wonderful example of modest clothing dressers! I'm really loving her bags as well. :D

Ok, there you go LADIES...great examples of young women who dress modestly on a daily basis! You can be fashionable, and still trendy!

I want to personally thank each and every one of these beautiful young women who participated in this post. You all look very beautiful! Thank you sooooo much for sharing your style with all of us. We appreciate it! I love you all very much and you know you're my chicas! ;)

I also want to thank a good friend of mine (who will remain nameless until she models for us) for the idea of this post! We'll be waiting to see her style very soon. :) Gentlemen, get ready as well.

Thank you all for reading and visiting our blog. Use ideas from this post and happy shopping! Have a very blessed day! <3

Love,
D

Thanksgiving: CHECK ...now, Christmas!

Hello my dear readers, I'm so sorry I've been so ghost on all of you! Huge thanks to D2 for keeping you guys updated. :D I have been crazy trying to travel for Thanksgiving, Christmas shopping for a family that my job adopted, and trying to continue planning my upcoming trip to NY...last but not least work. :/ hehehe. At any rate, I know everyone is getting ready to spend quality time with their families over the holidays as well as giving wonderful gifts from the heart. I'm more of a giver than a receiver. I love to think my heart was constructed under the blue print of the heart of Jesus...always giving out of love. I am not saying Christmas should be about gifts, but it's always nice when I can make someone else smile. Definitely take this time to appreciate your loved ones and spend the time that you've missed with them throughout the year. ...AND if you have some EXTRA time on your hands, feel free to reach out to those in real need. We are too blessed ...

Fast Forward to July 2018...

Hello ladies, Has it really been two years since I've blogged??? I really dropped the ball this time. In my defense, I was off social media for one of those years. You know... the whole "social-media cleanse." Which by the way would have been a total success if I hadn't become a youth leader and needed to promote events. LOL. All for the greater good tho. Wow, I don't even know where to start, so I'll start with I'M SORRY and I've missed blogging! So much has happened since my move to the Sunshine State. Here's a quick overview: 1. I was jobless for two months. 2. By God's grace, I landed a job in Flood Insurance. 3. Found a church home, became a member, and a youth leader and Sunday School teacher(obviously not right away) 5. Found the greatest and most loving church family...I wouldn't replace them for the world 4. Quit my job in Flood Insurance (long story), and started working at an Elementary School as an ESOL Paraprofess...

"Curly" Straws beautify! :)

Happy Thursday loves, I'm really exhausted today, but I thought one thing would cheer me up...BLOGGING! :) So thanks to the fabulous Divas in my life who research just as much as I do about fashion, here is another trick for your hair. Curls! These are really tight curls, but there are many other tutorials to show you how to loosen them. You will need the following items to accomplish this look: STRAWS, Bobby pins ,  & maybe some hairspray. Yes, you read correctly...Straws! (^.^) No curling iron, no flat iron, no heat...all natural. hehehehe. My older sister actually used this trick on her daughters hair, which is long a beautiful, and it was adorable! Cheap way to make curls...I think it's a WINNER! They really do come out beautiful. Personally, I haven't tried it yet...probably because I'll need a WHOLE BUNCH of straws for my hair, but I think it's worth trying. I'll let you know how mine turn out & feel free to let us know your results ...
