Cloud Sandals + Life UPDATE!

Wow. Yeah, I'm so slack. I left you guys on a cliff hanger for sure. I have not left...I just went through a terrible storm, and the sky has finally begun to clear again. If you are a follower my other blog "The Life of Dayse", then you already know the updates. However, I don't want to rehash that on this blog. At least, not right now...BUT. I will share one of the most interesting shoes that I've come to LOVE!

Okay, so I am not the fashion police, let's start there. I've also matured with age. Age brings many things and expectations, especially when it comes to comfort and style. Since the pandemic, we've all been shut away.

A lot of us became comfortable in pajamas and slides, let's be honest. We didn't care much about dressing up! At least I didn't! PJ'S all day! LOL!

Recently, I noticed my slides that I heavily depended on the last two years needed a serious update. They were becoming uncomfortable to wear all day. Ladies, let me introduce you to the MOST comfortable slides ever! I do mean ever!

The CLOUD slides

I do not own rights to this picture.

OKAY OKAY! Before you flip, you have to trust me on this one! The comfort level is 110%! I only wear these at home, obviously. But HONEY! When I tell you COMFORTABLE, they are the BEST house slipper of life. Your little feet and toes will thank me later! Just get them! You won't regret it!

The first day I felt iffy about the chunkiness of the shoe, but once I put them on...I did not want to take them off! I actually hate leaving my house now, because I know I have to wear regular shoes when I leave. LOL. I'm not even kidding!

They have so much cushion that you feel like you're walking on a literal cloud! They are easy to clean and look great with your Victoria Secret pajamas! Yes girl! Get some, and thank me later! I'll share more about the VS pajamas another time as well as other beauty tips! But this is a must have!  It would also make a FANTASTIC gift for your mom, sisters, aunts, etc. You know Christmas is right around the corner. They will love it!  You're welcome loves!

Love,

Dayse

Thanksgiving: CHECK ...now, Christmas!

Hello my dear readers, I'm so sorry I've been so ghost on all of you! Huge thanks to D2 for keeping you guys updated. :D I have been crazy trying to travel for Thanksgiving, Christmas shopping for a family that my job adopted, and trying to continue planning my upcoming trip to NY...last but not least work. :/ hehehe. At any rate, I know everyone is getting ready to spend quality time with their families over the holidays as well as giving wonderful gifts from the heart. I'm more of a giver than a receiver. I love to think my heart was constructed under the blue print of the heart of Jesus...always giving out of love. I am not saying Christmas should be about gifts, but it's always nice when I can make someone else smile. Definitely take this time to appreciate your loved ones and spend the time that you've missed with them throughout the year. ...AND if you have some EXTRA time on your hands, feel free to reach out to those in real need. We are too blessed ...

Fast Forward to July 2018...

Hello ladies, Has it really been two years since I've blogged??? I really dropped the ball this time. In my defense, I was off social media for one of those years. You know... the whole "social-media cleanse." Which by the way would have been a total success if I hadn't become a youth leader and needed to promote events. LOL. All for the greater good tho. Wow, I don't even know where to start, so I'll start with I'M SORRY and I've missed blogging! So much has happened since my move to the Sunshine State. Here's a quick overview: 1. I was jobless for two months. 2. By God's grace, I landed a job in Flood Insurance. 3. Found a church home, became a member, and a youth leader and Sunday School teacher(obviously not right away) 5. Found the greatest and most loving church family...I wouldn't replace them for the world 4. Quit my job in Flood Insurance (long story), and started working at an Elementary School as an ESOL Paraprofess...

"Curly" Straws beautify! :)

Happy Thursday loves, I'm really exhausted today, but I thought one thing would cheer me up...BLOGGING! :) So thanks to the fabulous Divas in my life who research just as much as I do about fashion, here is another trick for your hair. Curls! These are really tight curls, but there are many other tutorials to show you how to loosen them. You will need the following items to accomplish this look: STRAWS, Bobby pins ,  & maybe some hairspray. Yes, you read correctly...Straws! (^.^) No curling iron, no flat iron, no heat...all natural. hehehehe. My older sister actually used this trick on her daughters hair, which is long a beautiful, and it was adorable! Cheap way to make curls...I think it's a WINNER! They really do come out beautiful. Personally, I haven't tried it yet...probably because I'll need a WHOLE BUNCH of straws for my hair, but I think it's worth trying. I'll let you know how mine turn out & feel free to let us know your results ...
